1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and With Yasmin Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), the operator of the Weddings with Yasmin Bootcamp and the website weddingswithyasmin.com and its sub-domains (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, purchasing or participating in the Bootcamp, providing your phone number, opting in to our text-message or email programs, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services or make a purchase. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide Services to children under 13.

3. Description of the Services

The Weddings with Yasmin Bootcamp is an educational training and coaching program that may include digital course materials, live or recorded sessions, community access, downloadable resources, and related support. We may modify, add, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific content, session, or feature will remain available indefinitely.

4. Enrollment, Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and are stated in the currency shown at the point of sale. By submitting an order you authorize us and our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Fanbasis, and GoHighLevel) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and recurring charges.

If you enroll in a payment plan or subscription, you authorize recurring charges on the schedule presented at checkout until the plan is completed or cancelled in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failure of a scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of access until the balance is resolved.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Except where required by applicable law, all sales are subject to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase. If a refund window applies, it will be stated on the offer or checkout page. Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted to [email protected] and will be handled according to the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.

6. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program Terms

This Section governs our SMS/MMS messaging program.

6.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to us — through a checkout page, opt-in form, keyword, or other method — and checking the applicable consent box or otherwise affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from or on behalf of Weddings with Yasmin Bootcamp / With Yasmin Inc. at the number provided.

6.2 Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still enroll in and use the Services without opting in to text messages.

6.3 Types of Messages

Messages may include program updates, schedule and reminder notifications, customer-support communications, account or order information, promotional offers, and related marketing.

6.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. By opting in, you understand that you may receive recurring messages based on your interaction with us and the programs you join.

6.5 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.

6.6 How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

6.8 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

6.9 Supported Carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not responsible for the program, and supported carriers may change without notice.

6.10 Your Responsibilities

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll that number. You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number. You may not enroll a number that does not belong to you.

6.11 Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile information, and we do not share mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

7. Email Communications

By providing your email address or opting in, you consent to receive marketing and transactional emails from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any message. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional messages (such as receipts or account notices) where permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, templates, and downloadable resources — is owned by or licensed to With Yasmin Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your own individual, non-commercial educational use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share login credentials, publicly display, record, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

9. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

When using the Services or any associated community, you agree not to: (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other participants; (c) post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; (d) share or resell program materials; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; or (f) disrupt the Services. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations, at our discretion and without refund.

10. No Guarantee of Results

The Bootcamp provides education, training, and coaching. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, business outcome, or level of success. Any examples, testimonials, or results referenced are not typical and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skill, market conditions, and individual circumstances. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party tools and websites (for example, payment processors, hosting, community platforms, and social-media features). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, With Yasmin Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless With Yasmin Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section deprives a U.S. consumer of any non-waivable rights under the laws of their state of residence.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
